How will the Swimming pool be built and how quickly?

The simple answer is your pool will be completed in around three to four weeks and after agreeing the final location and what to do with the spoil we undertake all the technical and building aspects. Leaving you to go shopping for a new swimming costume.

The longer answer for those intrigued by the more technical aspects:

Your pool will be built using Polypool patented interlocking panels, where each panel locks to the next with key locks. The panels are manufactured by Polypool in its UK factory using CFC free rigid polyurethane insulation foam injected between two facing sheets in pre-set jigs. The foam injection process is undertaking in large hydraulic presses to ensure dimensional stability and insulation density requirements. Overall average panel foam density of 40/kg/m3 gives the following 'u' value.
125mm panel 0.084 watts / m2 Kelvin.
All panels have an integrally formed compressible closed cell sealing system.

Your pool will be marked out and then carefully excavated to reduce the amount of garden area affected and volume of spoil to be removed ,

A concrete ring beam will be cast and the pools bottom self-squaring channel is fitted on this beam and cam locked insulated panels fitted. The top rail is then located in place and, suddenly your pool starts to look like the real thing.

Braces are fixed to the back of the panels and concrete poured to strengthen the beam and brace system. Once the chosen lighting heating, and, filtration pipe work are connected the oversite is filled with pea shingle to allow for any ground movement and to facilitate the ability to upgrade your pools utilities should you choose to do so in the future.

The pool floor is now screeded for strength and durability and 50mm polystyrene foam is fitted to complete the insulation. This protects the liner, from abrasion, and protects your head from potentially harmful contact with the concrete base!
